The accommodation comprises:

A large, comfortable south facing first floor sitting room, equipped with a 28 inch colour television, a DVD player and a stereo radio/CD player. 

 

A separate dining room to accommodate up to 8 people 

A fully equipped kitchen, complete with fan assisted over, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Four bedrooms, each furnished and decorated to a high standard to ensure our guests’ comfort. Two bedrooms enjoy panoramic views across Pwllheli’s rooftops towards Cardigan Bay.  

Three of the bedrooms are situated on the second floor, whilst the bunk room (a hot favourite with kids and teenagers) is situated on the ground floor. 

On the second floor there is a bathroom complete with bath and separate power shower, whilst on the first floor there is a toilet/shower room. 

The property also comprises a large garage, ideal for storing sandy beach equipment, golf clubs, bikes, small boats or dinghies and much more.

Outside, there is a large patio area which boasts stunning views across Pwllheli’s rooftops and golf course towards St Tydwal’s Islands, Cardigan Bay and the Cambrian Mountains beyond.   A real sun trap, the patio enjoys a built in barbeque and outdoor dining furniture.   The patio is accessed via steep steps which are not suitable for very young children or the less able bodied.
